The Fall and Holidays are getting close! Now is the good time to enroll and get prepare for a 6 weeks of dedication and hard work to reach your goal.


If you're looking for a fun way to get in shape, you've come to the right place. Gyms can be boring and the cardio equipment is very monotonous. Not so with our Fitness Bootcamp. Enjoy the outdoors, good company and a scientifically designed program to put the fun back into fitness with a combination of endurance, strength, and flexibility.

Enrollment includes:
  • 6-week program 2 or 3 days a week that runs Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings
  • Fitness outdoor Manual which includes program details
  • Daily motivational support
  • Opportunity to win prize
